About Us
Founder & CEO
Sean is the Founder and CEO of Everia Holdings, a holding company focused on acquiring and stewarding exceptional small businesses for the long term.
Everia Holdings was founded to create an alternative and attractive path for business owners to transition into their next phase of life while also ensuring their employees and legacy are treated well for the long-term. The goal is simple: buy great businesses, support the people who make them successful, and grow them thoughtfully over decades — not quarters.
Sean spent more than 15 years at AlphaSights, where he joined as one of the earliest employees and helped scale it into a global organization of over 2,500 people, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer. Throughout that journey, his work centered on hiring & building great teams, providing excellent services to customers, developing leaders, and scaling operations across the business.
While AlphaSights served large institutions, Sean’s professional roots and personal motivation have always been grounded in entrepreneurship and small businesses.
Sean grew up around small businesses and saw firsthand the pride owners take in what they build — and later, how short-term investor mindsets can undermine excellent businesses by cutting costs, disrupting teams, and eroding culture. Those experiences deeply shaped how Sean thinks about ownership today.
Sean lives on Long Island with his wife and 2 children where he’s active in the community and excited to continue deepening that presence through operating businesses that serve others.

Vice President
Tim spent five years at AlphaSights, where he built long-term client relationships, managed complex projects day-to-day, and led large, cross-functional teams. His work spanned client service, sales, customer success, people development, and the design of scalable operational processes.
Tim has always gravitated toward smaller, tight-knit organizations that value excellence, accountability, and strong team culture. Prior to AlphaSights, he served with AmeriCorps at a small organization in Washington, D.C., where he wrote grants, ran fundraising campaigns, and coached a local high school soccer team. He also spent a year at Babson College working on an early-stage technology startup, deepening his interest in building and operating businesses from the ground up.
Raised in a small town in northern Connecticut, with family roots in Pittsburgh, Tim developed an early appreciation for hard work, local community, and long term thinking — values that continue to shape how he approaches leadership and business today.
